Once you have had the opportunity of browsing the different models simply give us a call and we can then check the delivery timelines for you. Once we know which spa you are looking for we will then arrange for one of our site surveyors to come and visit your home to assess the suitability of the site, the ground, electric supply etc; and to ensure that the supply and installation of your spa runs smoothly.
Of course, the surveyor will bring with him colour samples of the spa shells, samples of the different cabinet options and all the technical information about your spa.
This on-site service is FREE of charge and is all part of the overall service that makes buying your spa a hassle free and enjoyable process.
The survey also gives you the opportunity of asking the surveyor as many questions about hot tub ownership as you like ensuring that by the time you have completed your order, you are completely happy that you have made the best choice of spa. Booking a Site Survey
It is important to make sure you have considered all options and ensured that there will be no problems once your decision to buy a hot tub has been made. Before you complete your purchase we strongly recommend that you arrange a home consultation in order to:
• Consider where the spa is to be located
• Consider all suitable hardstandings for the spa and to check the suitability
• Satisfy yourself that access to the site is not hindered (fences, gateways etc.)
• Assess the viability of any additional equipment that may be required (lifting equipment, cranes etc)
• To assess and advise you of any electrical work that may need to be undertaken
• To afford you the opportunity of looking through colour samples
• To ensure you have chosen the correct colour for your cabinet and to examine the samples.
